General Information:

Source: Steve Stocker

My grandfather, Jacob Stocker, was the owner of the Myrtle. My father, Seymour Stocker, inherited from Jacob when he died. My father owned the theater until it closed in 1950. As a young boy I would go to work with my dad and help him in the projection booth. Fun memories of father-son times.

I found a mention of it in the 1913 newspaper.
